Why Have a Booking System
We operate a booking system for coaching sessions and equipment that are in high demand. The booking system enables club members to plan in advance with the aim of avoiding the disappointment and frustration of arriving at the club to find that a coaching session is full or the kayak that they wanted to use is already in use.
The booking system is only as good as the use that it gets. We rely on members and beginners to make use of the booking system for the benefit of all involved. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please let us know.
How the Booking System Works

Follow the steps below to make a booking for one of the clubs kayaks.
- Click on the Book Appointment buttom below.
- Click on Kayak Booking to show the kayaks available to book.
- Click on the Kayak you want to reserve.
- Select the date that you want to reserve the kayak on A list of available one-hour time slots will be shown. Missing time slots represent times that others have booked the kayak.
- Select a time slot to reserve from those available.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Click continue
- Click Book My Appointment
- If you wish to book for a longer training session repeat the process to reserve the next time slot.
You will receive an email for each timeslot that you have reserved.
Follow the steps below to make a booking for one of the clubs kayaks.
- Click on the Book Appointment buttom below.
- Click on Coaching Session to show the scheduled sessions available to book.
- Click on the session type that you want to register for.
- Select the date that you want to join in the session - The available sessions on that day will be shown.
- Select a session from those available.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Click Continue
- Click Book My Coaching Session
- Close the pop-up window
You will receive an email for each session that you have registered for.
